LAHAINA WASTE WATER FACILITY PHOTOVOLTAIC SYSTEM
Project Description
A 100KW photovoltaic system is to be provided for the waste water faclity in Lahaina , Maui. The photovoltaic modules will be mounted on a few select building including on top of the existing water tank. Wall mounted inverters will be used. The new photovoltaic system will reduce the cost of electricity of operating the pumps and associated equipment of this facility.
Engineering Services
WZ Engineering designed the upgrade of the existing electrical distribution system to interconnect the PV system to utility grid(MECO). The routing of trenching and feeders in-between the separate buildings were designed.
