Project Description
Remodel of existing space for new tenant. All lighting, power, and HVAC systems were reworked. All systems were designed to comply with present codes.
Engineering Services
WZ Engineering designed the upgrade of the existing electrical distribution system to serve the new tenant. Circuitry to new lighting, receptacles and equipment was designed. All new electrical and life safety distribution was provided including required upgrades to the building infrastructure. HVAC design included all new duct distribution.
